Executive Campaign Coordination for Sport Lisboa e Benfica
Coordinated executive campaign operations, with a strong focus on high-profile guest management across events, meetings and campaign moments involving public figures, former athletes and business leaders.
Managed schedules, arrivals, access, accreditation, guest and press flows, event logistics and last-minute changes, working closely with campaign leadership, communications, production teams and external stakeholders.
Large-scale Event Operations
at Web Summit
Eight years working across guest operations, central production and physical event delivery at one of Europe’s largest technology events.
Roles evolved from guest, speaker and media operations to running a central site office serving multiple production teams and coordinating suppliers, logistics and operational teams during live event delivery.
Workplace, Events & Operational Delivery at Bolt
Led workplace experience and operational projects across Western Europe, combining space delivery, events, employee experience, and local implementation of global initiatives.
In Portugal, supported growth from 19 remote employees to a 120+ person operation, including the delivery of a five-floor Lisbon office, while producing events and offsites for local and international teams and coordinating workplace projects across multiple European markets.

Creative Producer and Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience working behind the scenes to turn ideas into real projects, from concept to delivery.
Working between strategy and execution to organise complexity, move projects forward and create experiences that feel intentional and well delivered.
With a background in international workplace projects, live events, creative production, hospitality and operational delivery.
